How to store Champagne?
Our Champagne wines are delivered only when they have reached sufficient maturity. So you can drink them after some days rest, but you can also keep them in your cellar if adequate storage conditions are provided. Keep your Champagne bottles horizontally in a dark place, at a temperature of 11°C.
How to serve Champagne?

Champagne is best served at a temperature of 8-10°C. Store the bottle in the least cold part of your refrigerator for 3 hours. You can also put your bottle in a Champagne bucket filled with ice and water (attention, label may soak off).
Use tulip-shaped glasses, the so called "Champagne flutes", previously washed by hand without any detergent. Fill them about 2/3 and start the tasting.
How to taste Champagne?

Select a quiet place where your five senses can be aroused.
First the touch… when taking the bottle and the Champagne glasses.
Then the hearing… when opening the bottle and listening to the subtle sparkling of the Champagne poured into the glasses.
The sight… when observing the bubbles ballet, the fine froth and the necklace on the glass surface, and of course the colour.
The smell… when inhaling the delicate flavours of Champagne.
And finally the taste… when pouring part of it into your mouth and tasting your favourite Champagne!
